I’m an educator deeply committed to inclusion and equity, with teaching experience across England (Bolton, Salford, and Sheffield), as well as Germany and Italy. Working with diverse learners has shaped my belief that every child deserves to feel valued, understood, and supported.
I hold QTS, the NASENCO Award (Distinction), the NPQ for Senior Leadership, a Master’s in History and Culture, and Nurture UK training. As a SENDCo in the North West, I’ve led whole-school inclusion strategies, developed alternative provisions, and collaborated with Salford LA to share best practice across the community.
I’m a reflective, practical practitioner who prioritises realistic strategies that empower staff, strengthen family partnerships, and ensure pupils with additional needs receive tailored support to help them thrive.
I’m passionate about supporting parents and carers to navigate the complexities of SEND provision. Over the years, I’ve worked with families facing significant challenges and have seen the difference that clear, empathetic dialogue can make.
My role is to act as a bridge—whether through mediation between schools and families or by advising parents externally—to ensure that every child accesses the right support and provision. I believe that strong partnerships between home and school are essential for inclusion, and I’m committed to empowering parents with knowledge, confidence, and practical strategies.
Inclusion isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion. I believe every child should feel seen, respected, and able to succeed. Creating environments where all learners can flourish is at the heart of everything I do.
If you share a commitment to equity and want to build inclusive, nurturing spaces for every learner, let’s connect and make it happen.
